By placing an Order for Training Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are legally permitted to handle a firearm.

By placing an Order for Training Service, you agree that you will honestly complete and sign the New Client Questionaire and the Services Waiver Form.

Please note that Targets and Training is currently NOT providing any live-fire training, marksmanship qualifications, or related range services to pregnant women.

Targets and Training reserves the right to refuse Services to anyone.

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If You wish to place an Order for Services, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Payment is due on the date of the order. For some Services, when a down-payment option is offered (either refundable or non-refundable), final payment must be recieved prior to the Service date.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (Zelle, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Service Delivery (e.g. classroom training, live fire training, or marksmanship qualification) is made at a shooting range or facility specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the location).

Please note: Targets and Training does NOT allow personal firearms or live ammunition in the classroom. These are to be stored, securely, in your vehicle or elsewhere at the facility.

Firearm handling and shooting can be inherently dangerous and can cause severe bodily harm or death. By purchasing Services with Targets and Training, you acknowledge these risks and assume that the risks will be your responsibility.
