If Targets and Training needs to cancel a planned service, you will get a refund or your payment may be used toward a future service.

If you need to cancel attending a service for some reason, we can normally offer a credit toward a repeat of the service or rescheduling for a later date; or possibly a refund (time permitting and with a valid reason).

Please note that any cancelations made within one week of a service will not be refunded (your materials and student packets are ordered by this time and are non-refundable to me).

Everyone must wear hearing protection and safety glasses. That's a must. If you don't have them, we'll sort that at the range. You should wear comfortable clothing and shoes (no open toe, no flip-flop, etc). Long sleeves and pants are suggested, but shorts are okay. Ladies, you'll want a closed-top blouse or t-shirt (no string or v-neck tops). In short - remember that the brass cases are very hot after being fired and they can bounce around and end up next to your skin (painful, even burning) if you are wearing the wrong clothing. Hats (e.g. baseball caps) are also great at keeping the hot brass out of your hair and face.
